Terms and Conditions

You agree to our terms and conditions and returns conditions as soon as you finalise your order with us.

These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

1 - General

1.1 - We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

2 - Order process

2.1 - All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.2 - The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order acceptance from STO Racing Products.

2.3 - Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order.

2.4 - A product which is out of stock at the time we receive an order, will be held as a backorder. Any backordered products will be shipped when they become available to us. If a product is no longer available, that product will be cancelled and where required a refund will be issued.

2.5 - Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

2.6 - Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a despatch confirmation email to have been despatched, do not form part of that contract.

2.7 - By submitting your order you are allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers).

2.8 - We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by asking us.

2.9 - While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

2.10 - For items with a future release date, the price may be subject to change between the time of order and the date the item is despatched. If we discover a rise in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the revised price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

If the price is lower on the release date, your order will automatically be adjusted to the lower price.

2.11 - Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

2.12 - If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately.

3 - Delivery

3.1 - We aim to deliver the products to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. STO Racing Products shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

3.2 - Express delivery to mainland UK destinations is usually next day, although not guaranteed. We request mainland UK customers requiring this service to place their order before 2.00pm.

3.3 - Our FREE Delivery applies to orders despatched in their entirety.
Where an order is for more than one item and one or more items are temporarily unavailable resulting in a despatched order value under £49.99
, the order will be shipped on a FREE Standard Service.

3.4 - International orders, as a rule, are shipped using a trackable and insured carrier service.

3.5 - You should inspect the products when you receive them for defects or damage. Any items delivered by courier which appear to be damaged must be signed for as such or refused and returned to sender.

3.6 - If you find a defective or damaged product please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay. All damages need to be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

3.7 - Any damaged in transit item must be returned to STO Racing Products, if a replacement or a refund is to be issued. (see Returns)

3.8 - Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 7 working days of the date of despatch. Despatch of your order is confirmed by e-mail and this indicates the date of despatch.

3.9 - If an item has been lost in transit, we may not despatch a replacement item immediately. Resent or Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion or subject to availability, once all tracking and investigative avenues have been exhausted. This may include waiting up to 45 days from despatch for undelivered mail to be returned to us, depending on the delivery country.

4 - Cancellation of Order and Returns

4.1 - As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund within 5 working days of recieving your goods.

4.2 - You must inform us via email of your desire to cancel within five working days starting on the day after the day the products are delivered to you.

4.3 - You must return the products to us at your own cost. We advise you to ensure the products are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise as any damages you will be liable for.

4.4 - We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the products, less any costs we may have incurred for packaging and posting.

4.5 - Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the products, which should be in as new condition.

5 - Gift Vouchers and Credit Vouchers

5.1 – STO Racing Products vouchers may be redeemed as full or part-payment for any product offered for sale by STO Racing Products.

5.2 - Our vouchers contain a unique voucher code so they can be used online, via mail order and in our store.

5.3 - Multiple vouchers may be redeemed against a single purchase.

5.4 - The goods total must be equal to or exceed the voucher totals. No change can be given.

5.5 - Vouchers cannot be redeemed against shipping or postage costs.

5.6 - Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash at any point.

5.7 - Our normal terms & conditions of sale apply.
