At STO Racing Products we pride ourselves on our superb customer service and conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items online.
All goods purchased from STO Racing Products are covered by a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.
Manufactures warranty will generally cover manufacturing faults and defects but does not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, water ingress, poor maintenance or general wear and tear, etc.
If you feel that an item you have purchased from STO Racing Products has developed a fault then please contact us before returning it as most problems can be resolved through a quick email.

If you wish to return your goods, please read from here down...
1. Please select the category which best describes your reason of return below.
2. Follow that page and read the terms and conditions.
3. Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions you can proceed to fill out the returns form being as specific as possible clearly stating a detailed reason for return, being vague on this description will only delay the process longer.
4. Once you have filled in and submitted the returns form all you must do is wait for your returns identification number and the returns address which will be emailed to you within 24 hours, when received you can proceed with booking the return.
5. Once we receive your returned item/s, we will check to verify that it has been returned in the appropriate condition. Your replacement or refund will then be processed, if a refund is required the money will be returned to you via the same method of payment used when placing the order, if the order was placed through a daily deals website you will need to request a refund authorisation email from ourselves which you can provide to the daily deal customer service team for them to process your refund. All returns will be processed with 7 working days.
6. All postage costs incurred by yourself upon returning faulty items and packing errors will be refunded upon acceptance of the return to the PayPal account you provided or a Cheque will be made payable to the person you specified, If the return is rejected then the costs of postage will not be refunded.
