"Okay, the update which I thought I wouldn't do. After my dad shorted the cell, we took apart the pack when the multimeter couldn't get a reading and tested the individual cells.interesting enough, the cells are still good. Each measured in at roughly 4.2v. I had charged the pack prior to the incident. Cells are unbelivably rugged! Keep up the quality products! "
